We had a play entitled 'the Foretold son' at the national theatre in march 2009. we had a blast doing it and all the proceeds went to help the needy people in the gayaza community. we bought food and basic necessities for the grandmothers(jajjas). big thanx to Niyonsaba Sandra and Ajuna Maria who wrote the script, Edith,Hannah and Asio who helped with the makeup, singers and dancers and to the executive committees of the interact and dram clubs for making it happen. much love, mel.

THE TREASURE HUNT

Hey,
The club had a treasure hunt for the candidates in s.4 and s.6 at the end of the second term. it was lovely, thanx to Mariam, director of creativity. gal, you have got quite a brain. the treasure hunt was so complex but that made it all the more fun. it took about two hours in the hot afternoon. congrats to the s4s who won those lovely gifts. Thanx to everyone who helped to organise the hunt especially the committee. big love, mel.
